Prepare for a feast. You're going to witness from one of yoga's leading researchers, just how beneficial and miraculous your yoga practice can be.
Yoga's popularity is sweeping across the world because of its numerous, life-transforming benefits - without the adverse side-effects of medications.
Yoga boosts and strengthens your whole life - your physical health, psychological happiness, spiritual well-being, relationships with people, and everything else that's a part of you.
Being holistic and multi-dimensional, yoga brings you peace, happiness, and success in many ways and on many levels - including professional, intellectual, social, and personal.
It does this simultaneously.Yoga does so much for you, it's quite miraculous. Why? Because yoga is so basic to human life.
You'll learn simple ways to implement these findings in your daily routine. There's no magic going on here. Yoga is a pure principle of science.
That's why so many doctors and hospitals are recommending yoga today. Non-dogmatic yogis discovered it millennia ago.
In the past, yoga was considered pseudo-science, speculation at best. Today, there are waves of scientific discoveries authenticating yoga's beliefs. Your yoga routine isn't mumbo jumbo. It's scientific.
In Sanjay's "The Yoga Miracle" 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training, you will also see how science is authenticating meditation techniques, and its grand beliefs about our world and universe. Everything is fully referenced and beautifully illustrated.
You'll see how yoga connects the world's faiths with science and how centuries-old controversies between science and spirituality are resolved in masterful strokes by ancient yogis.
You'll experience firsthand The Yoga Miracle.
Though yoga is commonly practiced for its therapeutic effects on a number of medical conditions, in its original context thousands of years ago, it didn’t refer just to these exercises for physical health.
Yoga is holistic. This means it takes care of the whole of you. Your physical health, psychological happiness, spiritual well-being, relationships with people, and with all life around you.
Beautifully and aptly, therefore, the ancients called it ‘yoga.’
Yoga means ‘union.’ It comes from the Sanskrit root ‘yuj’ – ‘to unite or yoke.’
But to unite what?
It means you unite everything– your actions, words, and thoughts with your Self and everything around you. Your life should become the dance of life itself, in tune with mother nature, and in tune with your Self. Everything should be integrated in elegant harmony.
This includes your conscience.
Your conscience is connected to your Self.
The ancient yogis called your conscience the pragna or sakshi. If there’s a deficiency or mismatch in your thoughts, words, and deeds, it’s difficult to experience total peace and wellness. Your mind will be in a state of unrest due to ‘assault of the conscience’ (pragna-aparaadha).
The mind will be agitated, and till it becomes still again, you won’t be able to experience genuine happiness. In fact, it can lead to stress, anxiety, and illness.
If the conscience is injured, the mind cannot be well. If the mind is unwell, the body cannot be well.
The challenge is that we are often so busy with our lives that we are unaware of the assault on our conscience that lingers in the back of our minds. We may be even less aware about how its effects our health, happiness, and well-being.
